The Canteen is Cavalry Court’s own kitchen and bar, serving Texas-inspired plates, local drafts, and a Sunday brunch (11 to 3) built around brisket sliders and a Southern eggs Benedict worth the wait. Live music runs regularly, and on a Century Square Saturday night, it’s fair to call this the center of the action.
